Hands-on Skills Workshop: Sourdough

Come get your hands dirty (or sticky) learning the art of sourdough backing. Participants will make, stretch and shape dough. You'll be able to feel the right consistency and practice techniques for dough "slapping", stretch and folds, scoring, and more.

WHAT YOU WILL MAKE & TAKE HOME:

• Sourdough tool set - 2 bannetons, dough whisk, scoring tools, scrapers

• 1 country loaf of sourdough bread, ready to prove and bake
