About the event
Come get your hands dirty (or sticky) learning the art of sourdough backing. Participants will make, stretch and shape dough. You'll be able to feel the right consistency and practice techniques for dough "slapping", stretch and folds, scoring, and more. All participants will go home with sourdough starter, a loaf of bread ready for proofing that you can bake at home, and a number of "tried and true" sourdough recipes.
The instructor is Chris Blinzinger, Provo City Emergency Manager.
